I’m a lover of no-bake desserts. And if you know me, you know I’m a huge fan of energy balls (or protein balls). I’ve a condition called “hyperglycemia” a.k.a low blood sugar, so it’s crucial for me to have a snack with me all the time, just in case… Energy balls is one of the easiest desserts to make ever! Plus, they’re so handy when I’m out and about during the day.
I’ve got a few recipes up my sleeves when it comes to energy balls; I’ve selected one today to share with you. It is a raw energy ball recipe, totally vegetarian (there's honey in our almond cinnamon nut butter so maybe not for the vegans) and paleo too! ✌️
And the best thing about this recipe is that it requires only 10 minutes and 3 simple steps! You’re welcome 😆

So easy and simple isn’t it? These energy balls are great to have as a to-go breakfast, dessert and a pre and post workout snack. I love that all you really need is just 1 or 2 of these to give you a boost of energy (amazing as in-between meal time fillers too). Enjoy guys!
Lots of love,
