Healthy Tonic Drinks in Minutes!

Hey lovelies..

So last week, I’ve shared all week on instastories on my #healthytonics. They are no miracle drink but I know for sure the fresh herbs and spices in them are doing something amazing for my body; be it reducing inflammation, aiding digestion, promoting relaxation and calmness (#reducestress)..  Adding them into water is one way for our body to absorb these amazing nutrients and vitamins. Plus, it is incredibly easy to make..Barely any kitchen work at all! And you can sip on them all day long to make drinking water a lil more exciting in addition to curbing your cravings for flavoured sugared drinks..

These are some of the staples we use in our tonic drinks;

As always, remember to encourage someone with kind words (they’re so so powerful), make time for a loved one, give your best not just in something but to someone. Have a fruitful, purposeful week loves!
