Recipes: 3 NEW Smoothies + 1 Easy Juice

Hi lovelies!

Hope you guys had a good break over CNY, and for those who celebrate this season, GONG XI FA CAI!  I’ve been really enjoying the break and now getting back to my workout-green smoothie routine after the mad-junking CNY week. 😬 #backinthegame

 Am feeling so proud of myself for not feeling guilty over the junking that I did over cny. If it was 5 years back, I would be planning my next strict diet to get on after this kinda week-long junking. Now am just happy to get back to my usual routine that I love and enjoy thoroughly. #healthyrelationshipwithfood

Am also trying to be more varied with my green smoothie and juice ingredients this week. Hope you guys will enjoy them as much as I did.

P.s Don’t worry bout missing some of the ingredients I put in my smoothie, you can be creative with it and replace with your another favourite greens of yours 😉 #havefunwithit

 

Spicy Green Smoothie Recipe

1 Frozen Banana

1 Big Handful Spinach

1 Thumbsize Ginger

1 Tbsp Nut Butter (100% Natural Almond Cinnamon Butter)

500ml Water

Spicy Blueberry Banana Smoothie Recipe

1 Banana

½ Cup Frozen Blueberries

2 Handful Spinach

1 Thumbsize Ginger

1 Tbsp Nut Butter (100% Natural Peanut Butter)

500ml Water

Celery Citrus Smoothie Recipe

80gm Chopped Carrot

1 Handful of Frozen Chopped Celery

Juice of ½ an Orange

¼ Tsp Turmeric Powder

½ Tsp Chia Seeds

Pinch of Himalayan Salt

500ml Water

#juicingwithoutajuicer-kinda Juice Recipe

1/2 Cup Frozen Blueberries

1 Handful of Chopped Celery 

1 Thumbsize Ginger 

500ml Water 

*Strain blended ingredients and juice up! 

Optional: chia seeds (add after straining)
