Just some frozen bananas and matcha, and you’ve got yourself some creamy ice cream in seconds!

2 Frozen Banana | ½ Tbsp Matcha Powder
Directions:
- Blitz it all in a food processor or a high speed blender till you reach a soft serve consistency.
- Serve & enjoy!
Matcha Recipe #2: Breakfast Matcha Bowl Recipe
When you’re craving for something cold and creamy in the morning, this is the one! It takes minutes to make, and it’s the easiest meal to load up on fruits and veggies.

Ingredients: 2 Frozen Banana | 50ml Nutmilk | ½ Tbsp Matcha Powder
Toppings: Fruit of your choice | Granola | Coconut Flakes
Directions:
- Blitz bananas, nutmilk and matcha in food processor or high speed blender.
- Pour mixture into a bowl, and add toppings.
- Serve and enjoy!
Matcha Recipe #3: Flourless Matcha Pancake Recipe

Ingredients:
The Pantry’s Flourless Matcha Pancake Pre-Mix | 2 Eggs | 250ml Nutmilk
Optional (for fluffier pancakes): 1 Egg White (beaten)
Toppings: Mixed Berries | Raw Honey
Directions:
- Add eggs and nutmilk to pancake pre-mix. For fluffier pancakes, fold in beaten egg white into mixture.
- Cook pancakes as per instructions on label.
- Serve with berries, and drizzles of raw honey.
Matcha Recipe #4: Matcha Milkshake Recipe
If you are always running out the door in the morning, this one’s for you. This is a great to-go recipe. And this matcha milkshake will give you that morning boost you need! It makes a good alternative to coffee 🍵

Ingredients: 1 Frozen Banana | 250ml Nutmilk | ½ Tbsp Matcha Powder | 1 Medjool Date | ½ Tsp Chia Seeds
Directions:

Matcha Recipe #5: Matcha Yoghurt Bowl Recipe
Last month, we’ve shared a #tipoftheweek, and that is to flavour your own yoghurt. Say no to sugar-laden flavoured yoghurt, and choose greek yoghurt or plain yoghurt instead. My personal favourite is greek yoghurt or plain yoghurt from Farmer’s Union. It contains only milk and cultures. Those two ingredients are all you need in your yoghurt.
We are putting our tip to practice here by flavouring our yoghurt with matcha and honey!

Ingredients: 3 Heap Tbsp Greek Yoghurt | 1/2 Tbsp Raw Honey | ½ Tbsp Matcha Powder | Mixed Berries | Granola
Directions:
- Mix yoghurt, honey and matcha powder till smooth.
- Serve with mixed berries, granola or any of your desired toppings.
I hope these recipes will inspire you to introduce healthy habits daily. It doesn’t have to be matcha (mine is! 😅 ), it can be squeezing in 15 minutes of workout, journaling in the morning, adding an extra handful of greens to your meals, etc. The trick is to start doing and start making conscious efforts. Just that one step everyday. Every little bit counts!
